Winning Guantanamo case will probably end Navy Lawyer's career.

Lt. Cmdr. Charles Swift was assigned a tough case. He had to argue that that the President's (his Commander in Chief) policies were unconstitutional. He had the courage to do his job, and believed in what he was fighting for. I can understand why he isn't very worried. Supreme Court win is impressive on a resume.
