Following the death of a 38-year-old woman from falling debris, authorities started inspecting Boston's multi-billion dollar 'Big Dig' project (the costliest highway project in US history) and found there to be at least 60 more questionable areas. The whole project will now be under review and federal investigators are stepping in.
